About Andrew

I began my career in New York City after graduating Syracuse University working with visual merchandising designer Larry Laslo at Bergdorf-Goodman. One year later I went to Los Angeles working first for Aldo Gucci at Gucci on Rodeo Drive and then for Saks Fifth Avenue, Beverly Hills in media relations and celebrity personal shopping. I began taking on freelance assignments on the newly chic Melrose Avenue three years later. Those projects led to a flood of others and in that year, I applied my media relations ability and my creative styling talents to the amazing numbers of private celebrity clients. My talents have taken me around the country and Europe doing Fashion, Prop and Product Styling for Print (formerly represented by the Cloutier agency), Magazine covers, C.D. covers, Catalogs and Production Design for Music Videos, Television and Commercials.

In 1993 and 1994, I art directed the opening of Monday Night Football(with Aerodrome Pictures) N.B.C. “Masters of Illusions” (with GRB Entertainment), Times-Warner “EXTRA” (with Aerodrome Pictures), and E! Entertainment Television’s Post Emmy and Grammy Awards (with Jill Taffet / Andy Hahn ). I also styled over 30 magazine covers in this period of time with photographers, Herb Ritts, David Hanover, Theo Westinberger, Philip Dixon, Greg Gorman and my favorite, Timothy White . The covers included Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Entertainment Weekly, Los Angeles Magazine, Buzz Magazine, Gourmet Magazine, New York Times Magazine, Hah Magazine, P.O.V. Magazine, Inc Magazine, Details Magazine and Movieline Magazine.

In 1995, I was the Production Designer for Turner Classic Movies
“Inside the Dream Factory” with Faye Dunaway, produced by Carl Lindhal and won the 17th Annual Cable Ace Award. Other clients that year included: E! Entertainment Television (Andy Hahn / Karin Rainey), Paramount Pictures, N.B.C., C.B.S., A.B.C., and Fox Television.

From 1996-2000, I continued my production design skills for the Public Relations and Publicity Departments for many of my past clients. They included; C.B.S. , N.B.C., U.P.N., E! Entertainment Television, The Disney Channel and their retail catalog, Odyssey Entertainment, The W.B. Television Network, Fox Television, Shell Oil, Atlantic Records, Pepsi, Natrol Products, Turner Classic Movies, and the “W” Hotel chain.

Moving to back to New York City in 2001, I acquired new corporate and brand affiliated clients. These included: American Express, Sony, Grey Advertising, Hanes, Clinique, Martha Stewart “Living” Show, “Living it Up w/ Ali & Jack”, B. Smith Style” show for the Discovery Network, and “Semi Homemade with Sandra Lee” for the Food Network. In 2006 -2008, E! Entertainment asked me to do all their east coast Press Junkets for upcoming feature movies. They included; “Sex in the City”, “Dreamgirls”, “The Good German”, “Casino Royale”, “Narnia”, “Iron Man”, “Get Smart”, “ The Happening” and “We Are Marshall.”
