About Tommy

Writer, director, and producer from from the proudly ordinary, middle-class town of Fountain Valley, California. My love of filmmaking began with my father's Handycam and some schoolyard buddies in the childhood production of HIT THE ROAD, GHOST! Since graduating from Cal State Long Beach, my work has screened at numerous international events such as LA Shorts Fest (the world's largest AMPAS and BAFTA-accredited short film festival) and BFI London LGBTIQ+ Film Festival (the UK's biggest queer film event). My screenplays have placed in contests including Fresh Voices (Finalist), Cinequest (Semifinalist), Sundance Screenwriters Lab (2nd Rounder), ISA Pitch Week (Winner), Austin Film Festival (2nd Rounder), Nicholl (Top 15%), Coverfly Red List, and more. In addition to unveiling my latest short, LIFE TUNE, I am currently developing two features and an adult animated series.
