The City and County governments, despite over 300+ laws dictating religious freedom in Arizona, refuse to grant the Goddess Temple, the Tantra School and the Native American Church any religious status. Sacred women / Priestesses of the Goddess were once the teachers of the Holy Body; that religion was violently destroyed and suppressed under pain of death; all property was taken from the 'witch' women.

The jury was instructed to ignore the Constitution, and Elise's religious beliefs; she was convicted and served 85% of a 4.5 year sentence in AZ Women's Prison. She just completed her time and is now filing her appeal in Arizona's Supreme Court.
