About Marquese
In January of 2019, his short film "Pour Over: A Coffee Short" won the "Kevin Smith Film Production Scholarship" for the Vancouver Film School.
He is the co-writer for “Summer With the Guys” (2023), produced by Warren Zide (American Pie Presents: Girls’ Rule) and Dwayne Alexander Smith (40 Acres, Netlfix).
He was a 2022 finalist of Mike Gauyo’s (Insecure) Black Boy Writes/Black Girl Writes Mentor Initiative.
