I started playwriting as a child, forcing cousins and friends to be my cast. As an adult, instead of pursuing my own dreams, I became a publicist and brought to life the goals of others while creating a wonderful cache' of plays, scripts, treatments etc. Oh I did put projects through writers groups (Playwrights Kitchen at the Coronet and Playwrights 6 at Celebration) with strong response, but life took over and shelved them. Then recently out of the blue a controversial play came to me and boom, the desire to create was reawakened. So now I say 'screw everybody else's goals, I'm goin' for mine!' I've got works of all genres and open to writing projects off others concepts and collaborations. Sure Hollywood is ageist, but what the hell, right? Time for my Emmy, Oscar, Tony!
