About Tymaine

Tymaine Clay was born and raised in Queens, New York. From early on, he aspired to be a writer. Shortly after graduating from NYU with a degree in Writing, he set his course to California to show his skills. Then he realized so had thousands of other people. Although he was fortunate enough to obtain some work in the entertainment business, few of those jobs were writing jobs, and the ones that were had him mostly ghost write someone else's work or idea. Eventually wanting to tell stories of his own, Tymaine decided the best way to do so was to scrape up enough money of his own and make a film.

Fortunately, he met and married a woman who was also a writer and shared similar goals of being an entrepreneur. Using the knowledge he learned on set as a producer from other jobs and money both he and his wife saved up from their 9-to-5 jobs, they were able to shoot their first feature film "When the Fever Breaks."
