"A black marine drill instructor gets discharged from the Marine Corps, for putting military laws into his own hands, and severe PTSD, he must now confront the people in the hood, he left behind twenty years ago, who are undisciplined and don't respect his rank. He tries to force their discipline, with hilarious outcomes. He must learn to let go, and form new friendships before local gang members retaliate against him.
