Bryan Zerr/ Knowcomplaints

I am an Enlightenment enthusiast and coach, meditation teacher, writer, personal spiritual counselor supporting many people in the arts, and the creater of KnowComplaints. A movement based on my synergy of teachings, designed to free you from the control of the complaint, critical and condemning mnd. I'm also a bit of a closet comedian after surviving HIV and Aids for 30 years. I've had some brilliant awakened teachers, significantly from Buddhism but also from many spiritual cultures and contemporary mindfulness teachers like Eckahart Toole, Pema Chodron, Ken Wilber, etc. I'm currently in process of attempting to publish my tweachings (twitter teachings which are original quotes by myself), which are being expanded upon with personal vignettes and blended in with my own photography. My intention in life is service and play (adventure etc...) Nothing brings me more joy than supporting people in waking up to their beauty, freeing themselves from their self-created suffering and truly infusing their life with the power of a loving intention and a compassionate view. I just want to get out there and make the biggest positive difference possible. I've also been a speaker and trained over 300 workshops home and abroad, and that's currently transalating into a passion for talk radio and guest spots on radio shows. I have been on public radio several times and love doing on the spot coaching. I'm just exctioed to be alive and happy and grateful that I have something to offer.
