About Ashley

Hi. My name is Ashley Evans. I’m an actress, producer, and filmmaker from Vancouver, B.C., Canada. When I’m not auditioning for MOW’s and TV series, I’m looking for compelling short scripts w to produce. For 6 years, I worked as a Senior Communications Manager for a busy animation studio (Rick and Morty, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles). I sat on the Board of Directors of Women in Film Vancouver as the Outreach Chair from 2019-2021. My short film, Rise n' Shine (2019), which I co-wrote/produced and starred in, won awards for Best Western, Best Comedy Short, Best Visual FX, Best Acting, and Best Director at various festivals around the world. My recent acting credits include the TV series The Flash (Netflix), MechX3 (Disney) Lucifer (Fox), and I-Zombie (CW). I have a Communications Degree from Simon Fraser University and a dog named Thor.
