I'm an entertainment industry professional with a varied background -- I moved to LA after college to pursue a career in children's media and have since expanded into the career development space. I currently run Hollywood Resumes, a resume writing business dedicated to entertainment industry job applicants. We offer a range of services, including resume, cover letter, bio, and LinkedIn profile writing, mock interviews, script coverage tutorials, personal statement feedback, professional development classes, and speaking engagements. I launched the business in 2016, and I've loved helping clients make successful career transitions ever since.
In addition to career development, I work as a freelance film and TV development consultant, and I'm available to develop pitches and help writers refine their scripts. In particular, I'm focused on content in the kids & family space -- this is what I'm most passionate about. Previously, I spent 6+ years at Nickelodeon as a scripted development executive, and before that, I worked in unscripted TV development and also for an entertainment news publication. I have two master's degrees, one in Communication Management from USC and one in Educational Studies from LMU, and these inform my approach to content creation and business strategy.
