Mirian Turner

Mirian is a certified professional educator, jazz, pop, and R/B vocalist, runway model, personal chef-caterer, food stylist, fashion stylist, studio musician-singer (sound effects-voice over). She is a nutrition and wellness expert. Mirian is currently writing a novel, compiling a cookbook, writing a screenplay, and writing original songs. She hopes to collaborate with screenwriters, songwriters, singers, and musicians. She has sung in a number of places around the world and for a variety of events, i.e. festivals, night clubs, private parties and weddings, African village ceremonies, European and American cabarets, etc. Mirian is in search of a new band or jazz combo. She is searching for musicians who enjoy all the fine standards from Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, Sarah Vaughan, Frank Sinatra, and many more. Mirian has more creative goals which includes producing a CD of jazz music standards, and collaborating with industry professionals who can facilitate arranging for her singing voice to become part of a movie soundtrack. The film can be a feature film or a short.
