Joel is the Owner & Producer/Editor for lilDRAGON, a film and television production company based in Nashville TN. Currently, Joel is the show runner of the docu-series Reconnecting Roots broadcast on PBS since 2019. As a producer, he has helmed 4 seasons of The Joey+Rory Show, a country music variety show that airs on RFD TV, as well as managed post on the Joey+Rory show, 2 seasons of TN Uncharted on WNPT, and 1 season of Bare Feet with Mickela Mallozzi. Recently Joel edited the feature film Heaven Bound directed by Gabriel McCauley. Besides television and film, he has produced numerous music videos, television ads, and other promotional video material.
