Elliott has credits listed in the ‘Internet Movie Data Base’ as a screenwriter, director, producer, and actor.
Due to a lack of acting roles Elliott began writing, acting and directing his own projects, with all projects placing in film festivals such as; NY International Film Festival, Hollywood Black Film Festival, BET Urban World Film Festivals, Pan African Film Festival, San Francisco Black Film Festival, Spaghetti Junction Film Festival, Urban Media Makers Film Festival and Black Harvest Film Festival. Along with top placings in multiple writing competitions; BET Wrap it Up Script Competition, Spaghetti Junction Film Festival and BET Urban World Film Festival; Elliott has had the pleasure of working with Andrew Bailey of Warner Bros Studio rewriting one of Elliott’s films, All about the Ring, now called “Size Matters,” and was courted by Simmons Lathan Media Group.
Elliott, in 2006, also received a nomination from “The Truth” Magazine and received and “African American Arts Alliance” award in 2005, both for filmmaking.
Elliott is presently working on many projects, presently shooting his script “Uncle Old School,” which earned him a top 5 finalist spot in the BET Urban World Sitcom Competition, and is seeks any opportunities to display his talents, and further reinforce that he is a legitimate creative force in today’s media.
