About Ryan

I've been acting since I was 6. I started as a stage actor, then moved into sketch comedy, stand up and improv when I was in my teens and performed at the NAC in the Canadian Improv Games. I performed standup comedy in Vancouver, Montreal, and Ottawa. I've been on stage in most of Canada. In my teens I became a professional clown performing in every type of gig. I've done Voice over for Fisher Price, as well as several promotional videos. I was in "The Cronicals of Riddick" with Vin Diesel, as well as actor rolls in popular TV shows like "Arrow". I've directed two stage shows "Stuck With Being Me." And "Damen and Herron". I also directed and wrote a film that won its way into the "Crazy 8's" film festival in 2013 called "Mansturation". Currently I am working on a restaurant talk show formate web series that I'm Directing, writing, hosting, and narrating called "Cascadia on fire." It's a show that showcases the amazing hidden restaurant gems of the Cascadian coast. We have shot two episodes and are currently working on funding for shooting the rest of the first season.
I’m always writing and audition. Keeping sharp with vocal warm ups every day. As well practicing monologue and songs for auditions. Keeping sharp is key.
I'm also getting ready for my sixth season acting in the award winning show the "Re-enactors: True stories from the city of Surrey".
