About Stephen

Stephen is an actor/director, multi-media consultant, anti-violence activist, and staunch promoter of progressive values; he is committed to social justice and is a vocal ally to women, people of color, and members of the LGBT community.

Originally from the Boston area, Stephen moved to Madison in the early nineties to pursue his MFA in Acting (UW-Mad., '94). He has acted and directed on the stage, and acted professionally on stage and screen.

He is currently in post-production on his documentary "dojo: the story of an American aikido school." Shot in HD (on a Canon 70D), edited in Final Cut.
