About Jay

I am former U.S. Marine, and my primary "day job" is as a web and multimedia developer. As much as I enjoy being active in the entertainment industry, my day job pays the bills...

Producer: I have produced or co-executive produced several short films, and am currently working on a few feature length films.

Director: I have directed several short films and music videos, including several films for the 48 hour film project competition.

Editor: As with directing, I have edited several short films, several music videos, and 48 hour films.

Cinematographer: I use a Sony 3d camera.

Musician: I was a guitarist for a few local bands, but have since moved into electronic music and computer aided music production. I use software ranging from Sony Acid to Ableton live to create a lot of the EDM and symphonics, while using my recording studio to add in the live guitars, keys, and vocals..

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ringling College of Art and Design, in Film and computer graphics and animation.

I have produced, directed, shot and edited several different projects, one of was a pilot project " Behind The Tap" which was done in 2d and 3d.

Unique traits: Having military training has helped with several aspects of planning, execution, and teamwork as well as a vast knowledge of weapons.
