Annette Lee and Nicole Carrier founded Throwback together in 2010, as a 'throwback' to pre-prohibition when breweries served their community and brewed beers with local ingredients. Throwback has brewed beers with local ingredients like maple syrup, jalapenos, and oysters, and entertains regulars in their on-site tasting room in their industrial park brewery.
