Best thing I can suggest is to start strong. Give them the biggest hook you can come up with to get them interested.

I would also reach out to Sydney or Sam at edu@stage32.com and ask for their recommendation on pitching webinars. Also remember that everyone you pitch to is going to be a little different. Weigh those notes according to what you feel your pitch or script may need and go from there. Hope this helps!
