Susan Sassi

Susan Sassi is a comedy writer, actress, and producer living in Los Angeles. She is thrilled to have been a Quarterfinalist for the 2017 NBC Writers on The Verge, ScreenCraft Pilot Launch, ScreenCraft Film Fund, and Austin Film Fest Spec Competition as well as a Semifinalist for the 2017 Cinequest TV Competition and 2018 Cinestory TV Writing Fellowship and Retreat. She wrote, produced and starred in the web series Cathy In Real Life, which was an official selection at Dances with Films, IFS Film Festival, CineFest, LA Comedy Fest, IndieWise Film Fest, and WRPN.TV’s Shorts Festival. Her musical Victorian Courting and Zombies, which she wrote and produced, sold out at the 2014 LA Fringe Fest and got a shout-out from NPR. It also enjoyed successful runs at UCB and iO West.
