About Mark
Mark is a writer-producer of a half-dozen indie movies and docs. His years of writing include many factual TV series pitches and bibles. His two sci-fi novel adaptations have garnered referrals from show runners Adam Simon and Cotty Chubb, along with representation by Ramo Law.
He emerged in the feature film world at age 24, when he wrote and produced his first feature film, the indie thriller, “Deadly Alliance,” released by Summit International (US) and Lazer Films (UK). A second horror-satire film followed years later, with the roles of co-writer and co-producer.
Mentored by industry heavyweights such as Oscar winners Edward Anhalt and Sterling Silliphant, and Executive Producer John Mantley.
As a founder of Mambrino Productions in the late 1980’s, Mark produced the award-winning sports TV series pilot “Prelude To Glory,” for Four-Star International, as well as more than 150 national and regional commercials and corporate films.
Mark has been an award-winning Cinematographer (IATSE) who has shot 22 feature films as a DP and six as a 2nd Unit DP; as well as 100’s of hours of broadcast, cable and commercial television.
MA Degree, Loyola Marymount Univ. School of Film & television, emphasis on writing and production.
