About Christopher

Christopher Hollenback was the story consultant for an award-winning feature film directed by Emmy Winner Mac Smith (MOON KNIGHT, WHAT IF?). He is a screenwriter whose script, RIOT-MAN, placed with ScreenCraft and is on the Coverfly Red List. His TV pilot, POE'S DETECTIVE AGENCY, is out to producers from four different agencies.

He studied screenwriting at Second City and journalism at the University of Wisconsin. He studied in a mock writers’ room class taught by Emmy Nominee Lorien McKenna (TAB TIME, INSIDE OUT).

He's a traditionally published author, including the novel Sleep When You’re Dead (TitleTown Books, Midpoint Distribution), and has contributed to magazines such as ESPN The Magazine and Modern Drummer, and newspapers such as the Green Bay Press-Gazette and San Francisco Chronicle.

He has worked in healthcare, health research, insurance, journalism and in the NFL for the Green Bay Packers and San Francisco 49ers.

Unique traits: My family members have experienced autism, epilepsy, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, addiction--and dealt with it with comedy.
