Margo Perkinson

I am really just an average mom chasing a dream of writing hoping to reach at least a small part of the world with my writings. My three children, husband and I enjoyed moving around the United States often in the past 19 years. We managed to visit 46 of the 50 states and lived in at least 11 of them. I have always had a passion for writing but kept it to myself until recently. I have finished two books, a children's story and a screenplay with many more projects to come.

Life has taught me many lessons, brought some struggles and left me with many wonderful memories. These experiences find their way into the words I write. When I stopped hoarding my writing people called me inspirational. It was nice to feel I can affect others in a positive way. If that is all I achieve from this path, I consider it a great accomplishment. Writing was a release for me and a lesson to my children to keep pursuing their dreams.
