About Gabriel

Gabriel Saientz was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He started studying music at the age of 6. At the age of 14 he started working professionally as a pianist/keyboardist playing in different bands. In 1995 he was awarded a music scholarship and traveled to the States to expand his music studies in jazz at Miami-Dade Community College. Two years later, he won first place in a composition contest at MDCC. In 1998, he received an Outstanding Music Student Award from MDCC. A year after, he received another music scholarship at the University of Miami where he graduated with a Bachelors in Studio Music and Jazz Performance. He has played around the U.S. with different bands and performed with well renowned artists like Sheila E., Arturo Sandoval, Nestor Torres, Thalia, Shalim, Gloria Estefan, Gianmarco, Roberto Perera, Maridalia (Juan Luis Guerra), Melton Mustafa, John Fedchock and many others. As a composer, Gabriel has placed several songs with Muzak, and many TV shows (All my children, Parenthood, Damages, Three Weddings, and many more) and has also written and produced hundreds of music scores for TV commercials for Ford, Pringles, Verizon, Visa, AT&T, HSBC, HBO, Clorox, Best Buy, AOL, K-Mart, VW and many more. Gabriel is also one of the founders of a non-profit organization called The MUCH Project which brings together musicians who want to make a difference in the world. Recently won 4 Cannes Awards and 3 NY festivals.
