Elizabeth Rogers

I practiced law in the healthcare industry for 25 years and took early retirement a couple of years ago after being diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. I attended my first Sundance Film Festival in January this year and had the time of my life. That experience, coupled with the fact that my son Drew Rogers is a lawyer/actor/writer in Los Angeles, inspired me to take some screenwriting classes so we could form a mother/son co-writing team. I am currently working with Drew on my first feature film, a legal drama entitled "State Action." We're off to Toronto for TIFF in a couple of weeks and back in Utah for Sundance in January. We hope to be part of the Screenwriter Lab, if not this year then next.
