Johnnie “Jay” Jacobs has been in the music industry from a very young age and became a Music Manager at 18. Johnnie Jacobs received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Johnnie Jay is a Band Manager, Music Supervisor, Business Developer (for start-up and established companies across the globe), Master Visionary, and Business Consultant for several companies in the music, beauty, and retail industries.

Johnnie Jay is an ASCAP Member, and a licensed Publisher (J. Jacobs & Associates). Johnnie Jay is experienced in copyright law and also prepare copyright paperwork for Artists and Composers across the globe.

Mr. Jacobs’ job is to assist individuals in building brands. He is also diligently working hard to usher new unsigned Artists into the new world of music and business by empowering them with knowledge and the tools to move their serious works into the hands of those who are seeking dedicated Artists and Composers in that respective genre. As a Marketing Executive , my job is to compile all scripts, photos, and other media to create and oversee the production of marketing material for projects with upcoming release dates, and design a campaign around the project up to and beyond its release dates. and developing new marketing strategies, My day involves a lot of research and market analysis. As a Marketing Management executive, I work with a team of marketing experts to cover various day to day activities. clients needs, establishing contacts, interacting with customers and networking with other business people.

As a Film Producer, oversee the business side of a production, leaving the directors and crews to concentrate on the creative work. I am also busy pitching new ideas for projects, assist in securing funding and rights for books and screenplays, and managing budgets. I am instrumental in managing the production process from start to finish, organizing the people and resources needed for a filming project. I also make decisions as to which projects we will produce, and develop project ideas.I read scripts, secure the rights for books and screenplays, I negotiate with writers to produce new screenplays.

I work with a team of producers who assist me in executing these tasks:

I identify sources of funding and raise finances for projects, determine what resources are needed,check and approve locations.

I pitch projects to television broadcasters to commission our programs.Plan filming schedules, hire the necessary technical resources and support services, recruit key production staff and crew, I am involved in casting Actors managing cash flow to make sure that the production stays on schedule and within budget.

I work with marketing staff, other marketing companies, and distributors to get
our productions shown as feature films and large-scale TV productions.
