About Kristen
Hi! My name is Kristen, and I am an actress and production assistant living in Jacksonville, Florida. I got my start on the stage at 5 (spoiler: I was a turtle) and haven't stopped acting since. My experience now ranges from theater productions to short films to dramatic readings to teasers for feature films that may or may not ever see the light of day. A copywriter by day, I also use my writing skills and newly earned BA in English to edit film and play scripts, helping friends polish their work into a clean final product.
If a planner and assistant is what you need, I have that covered, too. I have spent several years working as the primary production manager for Last Resort Ideas (shameless plug: Look up the Chronicles of Alexander Hawthorne!), wrangling actors and crew members, securing locations, and hunting down props. I've also worked as stage manager, backstage crew, and light person for theater productions as well as production assistant, grip, boom operator, production manager, producer, and general "whatever you need" on a variety of film sets. I haven't done everything yet, but I'm always up for learning new things!
