I have loved movies my whole life. The stories, the characters and the actors. While working as a bookkeeper I attended a master class for screenwriters some 25 years ago with the Writers Guild of South Africa , at this point I had written nothing but they had one seat available to fill. I was completely swept away by story. I read all the books (you know which ones) joined the guild and entered my first competition "Quickies" a 1 minute film festival and won in my category. A story about a wanna be dominatrix. Hooked, I continued to pursue a writing career. I have been commissioned and produced by a local channel to write a TV movie; a drama called Game Of Love. My horror "Lay Bye Baby" made it into the semi finals of the Sundance Table Read My Screenplay competition. My sitcom pitch Life Coach won best new idea with the Guild. I am currently in development with a producer on my reality TV show called Inside and in my spare time I am writing a Crime Thriller. So as you can see, I am either varied or confused but I love what I do.
