My latest film project is “The Shepherd”. The film is directed by the talented Hungarian Director László Illés. The actors and crew put their heart and soul into the film to tell this important story and it shows on screen.

What is important to me about the film is that it tells an important educational lesson for this period in time (The Shoah), and is very much relevant to today.

In a time in which anti-Semitism is on the rise globally and hate against different groups is bubbling up to the surface, I feel it is important to take a stand against all forms of bigotry. The holocaust occurred not only due to the overt acts for torture committed by the Nazi, but the passivity of others throughout society. During the Nazi reign of terror, only select unsung heroes emerged to help victims, until allied forces united to end this horrific period in history. Passivity is the same as defending injustice.

We must unite together again, so that history does not repeat itself.
