Tyler Mansmith

My name is Tyler and I'm a passionate filmmaker and musician. I'm a graduate of Columbia College Chicago with a BA in Cinema Arts & Sciences. The thing I focus the most on is my video editing. I've been editing since I was a freshman in high school and haven't stopped since. I often love to use experimental techniques in my editing which I've received praise for from professors and peers alike. I've edited music videos, commercial work, short documentaries (which I also co-directed), and a few short films.

I also have some experience directing and writing. I've written 3 short films and directed one of them. My film "Mia" that I directed was screened at Take One Festival. I've also had a few music videos and short films that I've edited screened at various festivals.
