Asya Shmaryan

Originally from the Ukraine, and I lived in Italy, Austria, and in 1989 I had migrated to Australia. From 2007 I have written and published 10 books; 5 among them - in English. I also wrote poems; one of which won Also, in the past one of my screenplays won 1 prize at the Monaco International Film Festival, in 2009. My other script of a documentary was in post-production with Australian Company JAI Films. Finally, I was a Semi-finalist in the European Spiritual Film Festival, in France - 2012. I attended a Film & Screenwriting seminar coached by Robert McKee, in Sydney – 2011. I completed a course in Film Institute, Hollywood, US, 2011, and obtained a Diploma & Certificate, as a Screenwriter & Producer.
