About Nicki


Nicki Micheaux, a veteran actor, is currently in development for her feature directorial debut. An outstanding actor and natural storyteller, the talented Micheaux expanded her creative vision, moving towards writing and directing in 2009.  The first of two short films she directed was A Violent End and then came VEIL which caught the eye of the ABC/Disney family and landed her a position in the prestigious ABC/Disney directing program.  For two years, Nicki was fortunate to earn valuable mentoring opportunities with famed director Kevin Hooks best known for Prison Break. Nicki’s extensive work as a respected actor makes her ability to direct actors quite good and capable of getting the best performance from them. 

Armed with knowledge about the craft from the directing program and more than 25 years of acting experience working with the top artisans in the entertainment industry, Nicki is poised to bring the feature sci-fi thriller Veil to the big screen. A recognizable face on TV, a writer, and director.  Nicki starred four seasons as the strong matriarch on the ABC Family series, Lincoln Heights, which garnered her two NAACP Image Award Nominations for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series. Money dances in front of the agent as he figures ways to get him back to America and into the movies. The giant is only interested in getting to Gallup to see his childhood girl friend. First the agent gets him a small role in the Romanian-filmed movie which earns his plane fare.
