Jamison Hollister has made a mark on the national music scene by playing pedal steel, fiddle, mandolin and guitar on the hit television shows American Idol, The Voice, Later with Jools and Glee. As a composer, his music can be heard on numerous TV shows and films. As a musician, he has performed, recorded and toured with artists such as John Fogerty, Blake Shelton, Lisa Marie Presley, Charlie Worsham, Josh Kelley, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Jimbo Mathus, Levi Kreiss, Shannon McNally, The Walcotts and more. His travels have taken him across the U.S. and Canada, as well as to Europe, Australia and Asia. He has played at Carnegie Hall in NYC, Ronnie Scotts in London, The Blue Note in Tokyo, and the Nokia Theatre in LA.
As a composer, Jamison works with several music libraries and composes music for film and television. His music can be heard on several shows and networks, such as ABC, A&E, AMC, Bravo, CW, CBS, Esquire, FYI, History, ID Discovery, MTV, NBC, Nat. Geo., TLC and USA. He wrote the original score for the upcoming ABCd show "American Koko," produced by Viola Davis. In film, he scored the Award winning film "He Could've Gone Pro." He has also contributed music to the upcoming Del Shores film "A Very Sordid Wedding," as well as score for the upcoming film "Jesus and Jimmy Ray."
