As the Field Producer for "Bounty Hunters, (1997-98'), I wore many hats. Reality television was new and I learned a little about everything.
Beginning as talent, I saw an opportunity few ever get. I took full advantage of this and became the show's media relations person.
From there, talent recruitment and advising on final cut the second season gave me the knowledge and confidence to branch out on my own.
