About Renee

After a successful career in corporate business development, marketing and interactive strategy in the Boston area, Renee arrived in Hollywood in 2014 to study screenwriting and TV writing in UCLA's Professional Programs. Now, armed with one feature screenplay (Nicholl semifinalist), an award winning TV spec for Man in the High Castle, and two original TV pilots, she's ready to launch her next career as a screenwriter.

Renee's love of history is evident in her writing, as is her penchant for creating colorful and complex characters who challenge the status quo. Whether it's a slave-born foreigner struggling within the racist underbelly of the American industrial era, or a feisty herbalist taking on the male medical establishment in the 1800's, or a German woman fighting World War II in a small rural town in Minnesota, her stories will draw you into their rich worlds for a satisfying ride.

Drawing on her experience and expertise in the metaphysical world, Renee's next project will take you down some very different paths!
