Born and raised in state of Utah and surrounded by the Rocky Mountains, Miriam grew up with an artistic soul and a love of all things beautiful. From a young age she loved drawing, painting, crafting stories, watching movies, and reading books. This love did not change as she grew older, but it did get put to the way side for over eighteen years as she took on her career in healthcare- non-clinical thank you very much.
Deciding to finally follow her dreams as a writer and artist, she went back to school in 2016, graduated in 2020 with her BA in English Creative Writing: Emphasis in Screenwriting from Southern New Hampshire University, and finished her high honors MA in English Creative Writing: Emphasis in Screenwriting in 2023 also from Southern New Hampshire University. While in school for her MA, she was inducted into the Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society and National Society of Leadership and Success. Miriam during this time also started her own art company, Miri B Studios, where she sells original artwork, prints, and handmade jewelry.
With a knack for emotions and flow, Miriam tells stories with heart and originality.
