About Illia

My name is Illia Boccia, a set designer and Interior designer.
I have teached architectural subjects at the College of the Nazarene and the Academy of Design in Rome. I recently worked as production designer for two short movies produced by mad rocket entertainment, and as assistant production designer for the movie "7 minutes" directed by M.Placido and produced by golden art production. I actually work as interior design professor and set designer freelance in Italy and UK.

I graduated with a BA in Stage Design 2005 Academy of Fine Arts and I further specialized in Interior Design in 2013, receiving two Scholarships in Scenography as well. Since then I have been involved in Stage design as well as teaching
for the past 10 years.

My passion of the Arts and Stage design is committed and creative as I consider it to be
a different and “polyhedral” aspect of architecture, (please refer to for a list of some of my activities and a cv).
