Maurice Hooks

Maurice Hooks is a 28 year old writer and director currently residing in Las Vegas. His passion for film making emerged as a sophomore in high school. He switched his elective from Ceramics to Video Production and never looked back. When he transferred schools, he became part of the video production team, helping with creating the video announcements. His passion grew, and he began creating his own short skits. By the time he was in college, Maurice had learned a lot and begin taking film courses. He started creating music videos for a few artists and building his portfolio. Finally settling in Las Vegas, he got into the film scene quite easily and has been diligently working ever since. Maurice is currently working on his first independent feature BOOST.
