Sean Kotz is a writer and independent filmmaker in southwest Virginia who specializes in documentary. He is co-owner of Horse Archer Productions and produces, directs, shoots and edits features. As of 2012, with film partner Chris Valluzzo, he has produced and directed five feature documentaries with three more expected to wrap production by the end of the year.
