Jessica Diamond Fout

Ever since she read the screenplay for It's a Wonderful Life, Jessica Diamond Fout has had an interest in writing. It has always symbolized a sense of escape from the reality of being raised in a one Starbucks town known as Angels Camp, California. She has recently earned her BFA in Screenwriting from the Academy of Art University. Throughout her four and a half years at the university, she took on the role of Student Representative for the Screenwriting department, has completed several scripts: features, and pilots. She participated in two Spring Shows where she’s had the opportunity to pitch ideas and meet industry professionals. Being inspired by her personal life, Jessica injects her screenplays with hardships she has faced and collides them with a twist of magical realism.
