I have a nine thousand plus square foot property that I want to open as a collective. Lots of great filming opportunities with many flexible set rooms, offices, two kitchens, ample parking lot, outside space, makeup and wardrobe room and separate apartment. Ready for use. I would like to open it up as a collective, where one set fee gets use priority use of the property for film production, photoshoots or venue events anytime you like. It is located in Vallejo CA.
