Anna Hammill

Hello! My name is Anna and I have a passion for filmmaking and story telling. I am a 2015 graduate from High Point University with a B.A. in Communications: Electronic Media Production. Recently, I achieved my dream of moving to Los Angeles to get the ball rolling and find my way into a career in the film industry. Most recently, before moving to Los Angeles, I was working as the videographer for a media company in Durham, North Carolina where I created videos for social media and our website. While I was there, I worked with the editor to come up with relevant video ideas based on current events in North Carolina, and created videos highlighting local startups and entrepreneurs. I created all of these videos quickly, and took them from pre-production to post quickly, and in an easily consumable media format. Now I want to move on to more narrative work. I directed/edited/wrote two short horror films in college and I absolutely loved doing it. Horror is my favorite genre, so my ultimate goal is to someday be a horror film director.
