I have always kept a journal in order to examine the stories of life. I am a creative. I received the calling to be a screenwriter in 2002 during the Oscars for that year. It was the year that "A Beautiful Mind" won for best picture. Akiva Goldsman is perfect. I thank Sylvia Nasar for the story but I am screenwriter and appreciate what Akiva Goldsman was able to do with that story for the screen It was a supernatural experience. I had to do it...Be a screenwriter. I have written several plays produced at one local church in the area. I have written several original screenplays. I assist other creatives in their projects by offering feedback on their creative projects and helping to research when I am available. I host a bi-weekly writer's group where we read and offer feedback on a variety of writing genres. received an MFA in screenwriting in 2015 but what I know about story came from my undergrad degrees in film and English Literature. I like to write but I really enjoy reading the creative work of others and offering positive, encouraging feedback on how to make pages stronger. Reading the work of other writers helps me to strengthen my own writing. I also enjoy the feeling I get when others know that I have taken the time to read and "metabolize" their words. I am married with children and I serve the Fullerton Union High School district as a substitute teacher of English and other subjects. I love to cook. I often play previously previewed movies as background noise while I create in the kitchen.
