Carol Freitas

Carol Freitas graduated from Film school in both Brazil (Universidade Gama Filho) and the U.K. (London Film Academy), specializing in both Editing and Screenwriting.

While building her career as Video Editor, she wrote short films (which won her a Government’s award for her script“MariaAnaMariaMariana”, directed by and co-written with Paulo Halm) and TV Pilots, which were finalists at several international screenplay competitions, such as New York Screenplay Contest, Cinema City International Festival and Writers Network Festival.

She’s also developing two TV shows for Kinossaurus which are currently being negotiated with Brazilian networks channels.
