About Carroll

Carroll Brown is a multi-award winning screenwriter, published author of fiction and poetry, former entertainment journalist and film and literary critic. His first produced screenplay, a noir thriller script, “The Cheshire Cat,” was produced as an independent feature and played at film festivals across the country and in Europe. His short film “Control,” which he also directed, played at more than two dozen festivals across the world and won numerous awards; the feature adaption won the Fade In Sci Fi Screenplay Competition Grand Prize award. He was recently hired to write an action-thriller for Wesley Snipes, and by Ron Perlman for a script that has just been greenlit for production in 2022.
