About Andreia

Driven by the potential of a hyper-paced digital era and today's amplified social dynamics, I’m customer-centric and passionate about design thinking, creativity, human-centered design, IoT, customer experience and arts, while being eager to create meaningful content and experiences. Currently freelancing but looking for opportunities in Toronto in culture, arts or entertainment industries. I've always been passionate about writing and visioning stories, so I wrote my first play when I was in high school and published it some years later, following some writing school awards I got during primary and high school. Currently, I'm working on my creative hub () and have written and co-directed 3 short episodes that are available in my website (English subtitles yet to come).

I'm also an expert in User Engagement, UX, CX and Digital, with almost 8 years of experience in consulting and global companies worldwide, while trying to scale up my creative work into professional projects in the entertainment and cultural industries (writing, producing or project management). I also have previous experience in digital and technology consulting, worldwide.

Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Communication, Culture and Information Technology, with specialization in Culture and Creative Industries (17 out of 20 GPA), with focus on User Experience, Social Customer Relationship Management and on audience engagement and analysis using IT, mainly tools and technologies that may be used in Cultural and Creative Industries, as well as on the economic and social state of Creative Industries. As a master's final project, I developed a plan and wrote a transmedia project (short film/episodes, social media and a book). I Previously obtained a B.B.A. in Management.
