Heather is an award-winning writer, producer, and director. She recently wrote and produced the short film Haunted Wharf: Ethel and the Merman. She was an associate producer for the documentary Gold Balls, which premiered at the Seattle International Film Festival in 2016 and has since screened at 16 festivals in the US and abroad. Gold Balls will premiere on PBS Television later this year. She wrote and directed the short film Date Stories, which played at several festivals in the US. Heather was a producer for the short film Pearl, which won Best Short Film at the Mexico, Madrid, and Milan Film Festivals in 2015, and Best Drama at the Seattle Transmedia and Independent Film Festival in 2016. She also produced the shorts Wyatt Steps Out, Mooo and Convicted, all selected for local film festivals. Screenwriting credits include the teleplay Crack the Whip, and feature screenplays 38 Minutes, Dodgers, and Birth.
