Trina soon learns that an NBA team is preparing to offer her a contract but a life-threatening health condition which Trina has kept secret attacks full force, eliminating her hopes as a donor for KeShawn, but also puts her NBA dreams in jeopardy. Trina's brother agrees to be tested as a donor and it’s determined that while he is a match for both, Trina is the one who has the best chance to survive a transplant.
