It all started with getting my first picture taken on May 19, 1989. Since then I have never looked back. As a little one I never had a camera but I had a tape recorder (the one in the Home Alone movies). I use to sit by the radio and host my own radio show. It would only record for an hour. So after that hour I would listen to myself on the recorder all day long.
Once I got into middle school I joined the Academic improve skit team. After three meets I ended up becoming the captain for my remaining year and a half on the team. We won our district both years on the team. Once I got into high school I was able to afford my first camera. My buddies and I would make little shorts and music videos. This is where I really started to fall in love with creating.
Fast forward to college where I earned my associates in film and a bachelors in advertising/marketing. In this time period I had one film get accepted in a film festival called Hell's Half Mile that is held in Bay City, MI. The film wasn't the best, but it was a start. Since then I have worked on small shorts that have been on YouTube.
I am currently an amateur film maker and an Insurance Agent (to pay the bills). My ultimate goal is to one day have something on the big screen where I can go to the movies and watch it move people whether is it making them happy, sad, or scared.
