About Johnathan

I am an Australian spec scriptwriter specialising in feature length film scripts with FEMALE protagonists inspired by exciting and compelling science fiction elements.

I draw inspiration from some of my childhood (and adulthood) favourites such as the classic sci-fi films from the 70's - 90's and enjoy diving into challenging topics such as homelessness and artificial intelligence. Although I have some big budget feature film projects, the majority of my work is directed toward small cast / limited location projects which draw strength from the story while being affordable to produce and returning healthy profits.

I have a development slate of scripts across multiple genres consisting of feature films and a TV series pilot. All scripts on my development slate are ready for Option or EP deals and have Pitch Pages available on my website JBSCRIPTWRITER.

My writing is represented globally by Oceaniacom Films Australia.

I don't bight too hard, so drop me a message if you need more information.
