About Fausto

My name is Fausto I am an audio- visual expert with MA studies in "Digital Cinema" at Middlesex University (SAE London), and other diplomas in film and video production, both in the School of Visual Arts, and the Tisch School of the Arts NYU in New York.
I have been professionally active in several countries for more than ten years in all aspects of production and creativity techniques for some of the most prestigious chains, brands, musicians, organizations and companies in works ranging from Films and TV to Music Clips, Live Events, TV / Social Media Adverts as well as Corporate and Promotional Videos.
Currently I'm a French resident, where I have lived for the past 9 years in the cities of Marseille where I functioned as Art and Culture Director for the Mexican Consulate and now in Paris, where I have been developing personal artistic projects and working at my small production company FOVia Productions Paris in association with a friend, we mostly create video ads for brands such as GIVENCHY, Baby DIOR, LALIQUE and technology companies HOOTSUITE, SANFRAN, IBM, MICROSOFT or organisms like the OECD, UNESCO, UNICEF or the QATAR FOUNDATION among others.
I have been my own salesman, copywriter, creative, producer, director and post- producer. We managed to put together a team consisting of 2 animators, a sound engineer, regular actors and voice talents.
The company has reached a point where it mostly works on its own so I have decided that its time to aim higher on a different direction to expand my experience and creative capacity with more challenging projects.
I have participated in film productions in New York and London, as well as a production of a BBC miniseries and a RTE TV Series and have worked as live TV producer for a cable network in London.
I have made music videos for renowned international artists such as Bonobo, Fink, Ximena Sarinana, between others.
Some of my personal projects have been selected in competition and screened by several festivals around the world, some of them have been nominated or won awards at international film festivals in London, Paris and Barcelona.
I have broad experience as a director and leader whether it is on et as film-maker or as a producer in a big TV chain project, or as manager of my current freelance team or as head of the Art and Culture section of a consulate.
I am all “hands on” creative; most of the pieces in my portfolio had been a product of it from conception to execution.
I am a people’s person; through out my career I have dealt with heads of studio, celebrities, important businessmen, government officials and diplomats and did it with ease; I have been successful in various instances to sell myself as an artist and my work to big brands, organizations and corporates. Always with the fortune of being able to develop great long lasting relationships with my clients, employers and employees. I have relocated several times to different cities and countries being able to successfully adapt easily learning the local cultures, social and professional interactions and languages.
Between the software that I excel in are:
The Adobe Creative Suite, AVID, Vegas, Edge Animate, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D and 3DMax plus Soudforge, Soundtrack Pro, Protools
I have an excellent fluency in French as well as dominion of English since I went to bilingual schools throughout my whole life plus I've lived for more than 10 years between the U.S. and the UK. Spanish is my mother tongue.
